Craft Beer Sampling Paddles
What could be more fun than starting your weekend with tastings of revolving craft beers and potential new BBQ menu items? Company 7 Pit Bosses enjoy a quality brew almost as much as they enjoy excellent BBQ. Working with our suppliers, each Friday & Saturday all day we will offer a tasting tray of 3 high quality Craft Beer products that we have paired with our Friday & Saturday QUE for only $5.25.

We will have brief backgrounds on each brew & will solicit your comments. You may also get glasses of any of the Craft Beers you prefer. If we find a winner, it may become a regular draft offering.

Friday, March 21st & Saturday, March 22nd all day we will feature: 

• Seventh Son Oubliette Stout
• StreetSide Sofa King Red IPA
• Wolf's Ridge Orion's Belt Sour

Beer paddles will be available until we close or run out! The full Pub line of beers & drinks will also be available. Remember that the Craft Beers will change every Friday & Saturday. 

		Craft Beers Rundown for this Friday, March 21st & Saturday, March 22nd
		Seventh Son Oubliette Stout - 10 oz Pours - ABV 12% IBU 99. OublietteOubliette (\ˌü-blē-ˈet\) is a French term for a deep, dark forgotten dungeon devoid of light and hope. Our nearly opaque Imperial Stout is black as night with hints of plum at the edges and a rich tan head. Dark cocoa and roasted malt flavors are complimented by a lingering bitterness and a pleasingly warm alcohol glow.
		StreetSide Sofa King Red IPA - ABV 6.5% IBU 50. Sofa King is a delicious ruby toned IPA with zesty citrus flavor and with dank aroma. Orange and Grapefruit from the Citra and tropical fruit from the Mosaic shine throughout. REDX from Weyermann gives a solid malt backbone without being overbearing. Expect a pleasant balance of hop and malt in this interesting twist on a traditional American IPA.
		Third Wolfs Ridge Orion’s Belt Fruited Sour - ABV 3.6% IBU NA. A Blueberry and Fruited Sour.
