Company 7 BBQ's important improvements to our delivery program. These changes are NOW effective.
IT IS IMPORTANT IF YOU HAVE SAVED OUR OLD DELIVERY PORTAL ADDRESS ON YOUR PHONE OR COMPUTER THAT YOU DELETE IT, AS IT WILL NO LONGER WORK. YOU CAN GET THE NEW DELIVERY AND ON-LINE PICK UP ORDERING ADDRESS BY GOING TO OUR HOME PAGE or OREDERING PORTAL.
Once there in the upper home page you will see a red button that says “Order Online and Delivery”. That is the link to the new and improved Delivery/Pickup program.
We just invested in upgrading our order entry system to give you faster service. As part of that transition, we have had the opportunity to participate in a Door Dash product initiative. This Door Dash program offers you and us some wonderful benefits:
- Enhanced Delivery Coverage - Door Dash offers a VERY broad delivery range, allowing us to reach more of our valued customers.
- Improved Delivery Speed - With Door Dash's extensive network, we anticipate faster delivery times, ensuring your orders arrive promptly.
- A Better Customer Experience - Door Dash provides advanced tracking features and real-time updates, improving your overall delivery experience.
- Cost Efficiency - Door Dash's pricing model requires significantly lower product markup for their services than other firms, meaning price savings for you.
If you are under 15, you probably already know the tips that follow. But if you are 16+, we thought we should share these tips:
- If you select an item and go to check out but nothing happens then you need to scroll down. This situation typically means that you must pick a required modifier such as which sauce(s) and/or side dishes you want. Once you pick the required modifiers, you can easily check out.
- If you want to order online for your pickup (as opposed to delivery), the system will specify the soonest possible pick-up time. But as you proceed through check out, you will see an edit button that will allow you to specify a later pickup time or date.
